Digital Goods

All ebooks and audiobooks are delivered through a service called BookFunnel. Within minutes of your purchase, if your order includes digital goods, you will receive a separate email from BookFunnel with download links and an explanation of how to get your books. 

If you haven’t received the email after ten minutes, please check your spam, promotions, and junk folders. 

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to get your files from BookFunnel.

Once you follow the BookFunnel link and claim your files, they will remain indefinitely in your BookFunnel library under the email you used to complete your purchase.

If you experience any problems with digital delivery, contact BookFunnel support at https://bookfunnel.com/help. Support requests are handled by real, knowledgeable people.

 

Physical Goods 

All print books sold on this site are print-on-demand, created and then drop-shipped from my printer, Book Vault. For more information about the policies that come with print on demand, please see my Return and Refund Policy.

All books require a production window of 3-5 days before they can be shipped. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery after that.

 

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping information is complete and accurate, including correct abbreviations. I'm not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

 

Customs and duties

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In addition, I cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred by you or another recipient due to shipment failure or late delivery.
